Husk samtidig at du kanskje ser noe veldig annerledes enn det ten\u00e5ringen ser. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-blakors-checklist-timeline-item\">\n<p><span class=\"is-style-h2\"><strong>Gi frihet gradvis<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p>Ville du latt 13-\u00e5ringen g\u00e5 inn i et rom med 100 000 fremmede alene? F\u00f8lg tett opp i starten, og gi mer ansvar etter hvert. Det handler om balanse \u2013 mellom behovet for privatliv og f\u00f8lelsen av tillit. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-blakors-checklist-timeline-item\">\n<p><span class=\"is-style-h2\"><strong>Sett tydelige grenser<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p>Avtal skjermfrie tider \u2013 som under m\u00e5ltider, p\u00e5 felles utflukter, en time f\u00f8r leggetid og p\u00e5 nettene. De nasjonale anbefalingene for skjermtid er mellom 1.5-3 timer daglig for ungdom. V\u00e6r tydelig p\u00e5 hvorfor du mener det du gj\u00f8r, og v\u00e6r \u00e5pen for ungdommens st\u00e5sted og deres meninger.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-blakors-checklist-timeline-item\">\n<p><span class=\"is-style-h2\"><strong>V\u00e6r bevisst egne skjermvaner<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p>Tenk gjennom n\u00e5r og hvordan du bruker mobilen og sosiale medier. V\u00e6r et godt forbilde, og pr\u00f8v \u00e5 lage gode rutiner sammen med ungdommen som balanserer skjerm, s\u00f8vn og aktivitet. De bygger vennskap, deler tanker og holder kontakt via mobilen. Samtidig bruker kommersielle akt\u00f8rer smarte teknikker for \u00e5 holde p\u00e5 oppmerksomheten \u2013 som varsler, konkurranser og personlig innhold.
