Venner har stor innflytelse &#8211; f\u00f8lg med p\u00e5 hvem de er sammen med, b\u00e5de fysisk og p\u00e5 nett. \u00c5 vise interesse uten \u00e5 kontrollere, gir trygghet og \u00e5pner for gode samtaler om verdier, valg og gruppepress.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-blakors-checklist-timeline-item\">\n<p><span class=\"is-style-h2\">V\u00e6r tilgjengelig \u2013 uansett<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p>Si tydelig at ungdommen kan kontakte deg n\u00e5r som helst, ogs\u00e5 hvis de har gjort noe de ikke har lov til. Det viktigste er at de kommer seg trygt hjem. Alvorspraten kan vente til neste dag.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-blakors-checklist-timeline-item\">\n<p><span class=\"is-style-h2\">Ikke gi barnet ditt alkohol<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p>Selv sm\u00e5 mengder alkohol hjemmefra kan f\u00e5 ungdom til \u00e5 tro at det er greit \u00e5 drikke. Du har ikke kontroll p\u00e5 om de drikker mer, eller om andre f\u00e5r tak i alkoholen. Oppbevar alkohol hjemme slik at det ikke er lett tilgjengelig, for eksempel i et l\u00e5st skap. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-blakors-checklist-timeline-item\">\n<p><span class=\"is-style-h2\"><span class=\"is-style-h2\"><span><span style=\"\" class=\"is-style-h2\">Allier deg med andre foreldre<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p>Snakk sammen om grenser for alkohol og festing, b\u00e5de i &laquo;fredstid&raquo; og i forkant av fest.
