Det kan handle om <strong>nysgjerrighet, grensetesting, \u00f8nske om \u00e5 h\u00f8re til, f\u00f8le seg bra eller unnslippe vanskelige f\u00f8lelser<\/strong>. Digital tilgjengelighet, synlighet og inntrykket av at \u00aballe gj\u00f8r det\u00bb kan ogs\u00e5 p\u00e5virke valgene deres. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samtidig er du som forelder fortsatt den viktigste rollemodellen, og har st\u00f8rre p\u00e5virkning enn du kanskje tror. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\t<div class=\"alignfull media-align-left has-media has-full-media hide-image-caption wp-block-t2-story-chapter\" style=\"--t2-story-image-focal: 68% 59%;\">\n\t\t<div class=\"t2-story-chapter__content-wrap\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"t2-story-chapter__content-wrap__inner entry-content\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\n<p><span class=\"is-style-h2\"><mark style=\"background-color:#D8EBE6;color:#052766\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Visste du at? <\/mark><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Det vanligste ulovlige rusmiddelet blant <strong>ungdom er cannabis (ogs\u00e5 kalt hasj, marijuana, weed).<\/strong> Litt over 1 av 10 elever p\u00e5 1. trinn p\u00e5 VGS har pr\u00f8vd cannabis det siste \u00e5ret. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De nest vanligste rusmidlene er <strong>kokain<\/strong> og <strong>MDMA (ecstasy)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bruken er h\u00f8yest i festmilj\u00f8er, storbyer og blant eldre ungdom, s\u00e6rlig gutter. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mange <strong>skaffer rusmidler fra venner eller kj\u00f8per fra digitale plattformer<\/strong>, spesielt Snapchat og Telegram. Samarbeid gjerne med andre foreldre og be om \u00e5 f\u00e5 kontaktinformasjon ved overnatting eller fest.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-blakors-checklist-timeline-item\">\n<p><span class=\"is-style-h2\"><strong>Sett tydelige grenser<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p>Vis at du har tillit til at barnet ditt vil ta gode valg, samtidig som du er tydelig p\u00e5 hva som er greit og ikke. V\u00e6r tydelig p\u00e5 at du ikke aksepterer ulovlig rusbruk, og forklar hvorfor. Klare regler gir ogs\u00e5 ungdom en \u00abunnskyldning\u00bb hvis de opplever press. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-blakors-checklist-timeline-item\">\n<p><span class=\"is-style-h2\"><strong>L\u00e6r litt om rus og trender<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p>Du trenger ikke v\u00e6re ekspert, men det er bra \u00e5 vite litt om rusmidler, vanlige slangord, og hvordan det p\u00e5virker kroppen. Test dine kunnskaper sammen med ungdommen med <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blakors.no\/ressursbank\/kahoot-quizer\/\">Kahoot\u2011quiz<\/a> om rus.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-blakors-checklist-timeline-item\">\n<p><span class=\"is-style-h2\"><strong>Utsett og begrens alkohol<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p>Jo tidligere og mer ungdom drikker <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blakors.no\/ressursbank\/foreldreguiden\/alkohol\/\">alkohol<\/a>, desto st\u00f8rre er risikoen for \u00e5 pr\u00f8ve andre rusmidler. F\u00f8lg aldersgrenser, ikke send med alkohol p\u00e5 fest, ha dialog med andre foreldre, og hjelp til \u00e5 arrangere rusfrie treff.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-blakors-checklist-timeline-item\">\n<p><span class=\"is-style-h2\"><span><span style=\"\" class=\"is-style-h2\"><strong><strong>F\u00f8lg med p\u00e5 pengebruk<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p>V\u00e6r oppmerksom p\u00e5 kontantuttak, overf\u00f8ringer til ukjente eller et uvanlig stort pengebehov. Mange blir ogs\u00e5 avhengige av det. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cannabis som selges i Norge i dag gir dessuten sterkere ruseffekt enn for 20-30 \u00e5r siden. Snakk derfor f\u00f8rst om alkohol, festkultur og grenser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Etter hvert kan du ogs\u00e5 ta opp ulovlig rus \u2013 kort og enkelt. Det viktigste er at ungdommen vet hva du mener, og at d\u00f8ra er \u00e5pen for videre samtaler. Gode innganger kan v\u00e6re noe dere ser eller h\u00f8rer sammen, eller historier fra ungdommens egen hverdag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eksempel p\u00e5 hva du kan si:<\/strong><br>&#8211;<em> \u00abJeg h\u00f8rte p\u00e5 nyhetene at flere ungdommer har begynt med kokain. Det synes jeg er skummelt siden kokain er s\u00e5 farlig for kroppen.
