Sett grenser som gir trygghet<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p>Det er lett \u00e5 tenke at ungdommen ikke h\u00f8rer p\u00e5 deg. Men klare regler gj\u00f8r en forskjell, selv om det ikke alltid virker s\u00e5nn. Involver ungdommen i \u00e5 sette regler for innetid, skjermbruk og oppf\u00f8rsel. Noen foreldre mykner opp regler rundt alkohol av frykt for at barnet skal falle utenfor. Men forskning viser at <strong>klare regler gj\u00f8r at ten\u00e5ringer begynner \u00e5 drikke senere og mer forsiktig<\/strong>. Mange unge bruker dessuten foreldre som unnskyldning til \u00e5 st\u00e5 imot press.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samtidig b\u00f8r du ogs\u00e5 gj\u00f8re det <strong>trygt for ungdommen \u00e5 si ifra hvis de har gjort noe dumt<\/strong>. Si at de alltid kan komme til deg, og at du henter dem uten kjeft. Husk ogs\u00e5 at barna ofte kopierer foreldres vaner. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-blakors-checklist-timeline-item\">\n<p><span class=\"is-style-h2\"><strong>5. Snakk jevnlig om livet p\u00e5 nett<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p>Snakk med ungdommen om det de opplever p\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blakors.no\/ressursbank\/foreldreguiden\/sosiale-medier\/\">sosiale medier<\/a>, i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blakors.no\/ressursbank\/gaming\/\">dataspill<\/a> og ellers p\u00e5 nett. Vis interesse for det de liker og sett deg inn i den verdenen de er en del av. Samarbeid med ungdommene om \u00e5 planlegge programmet, som quiz, spillkveld, filmkveld, tur i n\u00e6romr\u00e5det eller noe annet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er mye \u00e5 vinne p\u00e5 \u00e5 samarbeide om rusfrie aktiviteter p\u00e5 dager med h\u00f8y risiko for rus, som natt til 1. mai, 17. mai og ved feriestart.
