I UTFAM prosjektet har de utviklet en metodikk for naturbasert familieterapi for \u00e5 st\u00f8tte familier med psykososiale helseutfordringer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e5let med metodikken er \u00e5: UTFAM-aktiviteter foreg\u00e5r utend\u00f8rs, hvor stillheten og frav\u00e6ret av st\u00f8y virker beroligende og motvirker stress. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naturen gir oss muligheten til \u00e5 slappe av, noe som kan \u00f8ke trivsel og mestringsf\u00f8lelse. Daglig tilgang til naturen kan ogs\u00e5 forbedre konsentrasjon, redusere angst og depresjon, og gi bedre s\u00f8vnkvalitet.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tilh\u00f8righet: \u00c5 dele opplevelser sammen<\/strong>&nbsp;<br>Samspill, relasjon og kommunikasjon mellom familiemedlemmene er sentrale elementer i UTFAM. Ved \u00e5 dele opplevelser sammen, kan familier oppn\u00e5 bedre forst\u00e5else av seg selv og hverandre, noe som bidrar til innsikt, vekst og utvikling. Gode relasjoner er avgj\u00f8rende for helse og velv\u00e6re, og sosialt fellesskap kan styrke forholdet mellom familiemedlemmene og andre mennesker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>F\u00f8lelser: \u00c5 forst\u00e5 seg selv og andre<\/strong>&nbsp;<br>UTFAM benytter elementer fra emosjonsorienterte terapiformer for \u00e5 hjelpe barn og foresatte med \u00e5 identifisere, forst\u00e5, uttrykke, akseptere og h\u00e5ndtere egne og andres f\u00f8lelser. Ved \u00e5 lytte til v\u00e5re f\u00f8lelser, kan vi bli bedre til \u00e5 ta vare p\u00e5 oss selv og andre, forst\u00e5 sosiale spilleregler, og ta gode beslutninger.
