trygg p\u00e5 hvordan man gj\u00f8r helt vanlige ting er ingen selvf\u00f8lge, men det er viktig. Mye av det som f\u00e5r hverdagen til \u00e5 g\u00e5 rundt er stille kunnskap. Den bygges opp av erfaring, og over tid. Bl\u00e5 Kors kaller det \u00abhverdagskompetanse\u00bb &#8211; praktiske og sosiale ferdigheter som er n\u00f8dvendig for \u00e5 f\u00e5 til et \u00f8nsket liv. Hverdagskompetanse gir mulighet til \u00e5 m\u00f8te livet og det offentlige rom med en st\u00f8rre trygghet.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hverdagskompetanseprogrammet best\u00e5r av workshops med fem ulike hovedtemaer: bolig, \u00f8konomi, nettverk, jobb og fysisk aktivitet. Vi planlegger n\u00e5 \u00e5 gjennomf\u00f8re workshops med temaet fysisk aktivitet. Dette vil foreg\u00e5 over tre torsdager i mars, med ca tre timer per gang.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Om temaet:<\/strong>&nbsp;Kroppen v\u00e5r er konstruert for bevegelse, og hjernen v\u00e5r p\u00e5virkes og stimuleres av v\u00e5re bevegelser. De positive effektene av \u00e5 v\u00e6re fysisk aktiv er i st\u00f8rre eller mindre grad kjent for de fleste, likevel kan terskelen for \u00e5 komme i gang v\u00e6re h\u00f8y. Vi har forskjellige fysiske forutsetninger og ambisjoner knyttet til \u00e5 v\u00e6re i aktivitet, men det \u00e5 bli mer fysisk aktiv trenger ikke \u00e5 medf\u00f8re alt for store forandringer. En del aktivitet kan innlemmes i hverdagslige rutiner, slik som \u00e5 ta trapp i stedet for heis, g\u00e5 eller sykle i stedet for \u00e5 ta buss. For mange vil samtidig et m\u00e5l om \u00e5 bli mer fysisk aktiv inneb\u00e6re \u00e5 starte opp en ny aktivitet, og evt trene mer systematisk. Det \u00e5 pr\u00f8ve ut noe nytt eller trene m\u00e5lrettet kan gi mye selvtillit og mestringsf\u00f8lelse, som igjen smitter over p\u00e5 andre omr\u00e5der i livet.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mange aktiviteter kan ogs\u00e5 foreg\u00e5 ute i naturen. Friluftsliv i de fleste former inneb\u00e6rer at man er fysisk aktiv, uten at selve aktiviteten alltid trenger \u00e5 st\u00e5 i fokus. N\u00e6rheten til naturen kan i seg selv gi en f\u00f8lelse av ro og tilh\u00f8righet, og vil for mange gi et kj\u00e6rkomment avbrekk fra forventninger og normer som man m\u00f8ter ellers i hverdagen.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gjennom hverdagskompetanseprogrammet h\u00e5per vi \u00e5 kunne bidra til at du finner frem til et m\u00e5l for fysisk aktivitet som passer akkurat deg. Vi vil jobbe med \u00e5 identifisere utfordringer, konkretisere m\u00e5l og dr\u00f8mmer, og se p\u00e5 hvilke ressurser og verkt\u00f8y man kan bruke for \u00e5 komme n\u00e6rmere disse. Det er deltagerne selv som i stor grad bestemmer hva vi fordyper oss i, og det legges opp til at man utarbeider et personlig prosjekt underveis. I denne runden har vi ogs\u00e5 med oss to studenter fra Norges Idrettsh\u00f8gskole, som kan bist\u00e5 med sin kunnskap p\u00e5 feltet, og utarbeidelse av individuelt tilpasset treningsplan. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om du skulle \u00f8nske det, kan du etter endt gjennomf\u00f8ring velge \u00e5 f\u00f8lge opp planen du har satt deg med st\u00f8tte fra Bl\u00e5 Kors steg for steg.
