Den har flere helsegevinster enn noen reseptbelagt medisin, er uten bivirkninger, og alltid tilgjengelig. Og den funker veldig godt som forebyggende medisin. Likevel har kanskje de fleste av oss kjent p\u00e5 at det kan v\u00e6re en h\u00f8y terskel for \u00e5 trene eller bli mer fysisk aktive. Vi \u00f8nsker \u00e5 invitere til temakveld for \u00e5 sette fokus p\u00e5 fysisk aktivitet, hva det gj\u00f8r med kropp og hode, hvordan vi lettere kan komme i gang med trening, n\u00e5 et treningsm\u00e5l, eller s\u00f8rge for at vi f\u00e5r nok fysisk aktivitet i hverdagen. Vi har for tiden inne to studenter fra Norges Idrettsh\u00f8gskole som vil forberede en presentasjon til temaet, og det blir tid til diskusjon og deling av erfaringer om temaet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det vil bli servert litt mat.
